former Libertarian candidate to challenge Santorum for Republican nomination

In a positive development, not only will Santorum be facing a formidable contest against Casey, but he will also face some competition from our kind of guy in the primary.
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A Philadelphia real-estate broker says he plans to challenge U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum in the 2006 Republican primary.

John Featherman, 41, who supports abortion rights, gay marriage and a flat tax, said he wants to offer moderate Republicans an alternative to the conservative Santorum, R-Pa., a two-term incumbent.

"I'm running for the nomination fully aware of the odds," Featherman said. "I believe Santorum needs a challenge."

Santorum goons arrest girls for thoughtcrime

She held up a copy of a book by the gay writer Dan Savage called “The Kid,” which is about how he and his partner adopted a son. And Rocek said, “It would be funny if we got Santorum to sign this book.” (To discredit Santorum, Savage and his readers in 2003 came up with a nasty definition of “Santorum” that now often appears on Internet searches for Santorum’s name.)

Not everyone enjoyed the joke.

“A woman nearby snapped: ‘He’s only here to sign his own book. He won’t sign that,’ ” recalls Galperin.

Shaffer says the woman also added, “You’re shameful and disgusting.”

For a minute, the young women thought that would be the end of it.

But no such luck.

A state trooper in full uniform, including hat and gun, was in the store, and, according to Shaffer and Galperin, he met with the person who didn’t care for the Dan Savage joke, along with a few others, including members of the store and Santorum’s people.

Galperin says she heard the trooper ask, “Do you want me to get rid of them?”

And then the trooper, Delaware State Police Sgt. Mark DiJiacomo, who was on detail as a private security guard, came over to the group of women.

Here is the conversation, as Galperin remembers it: “You guys have to leave.”

“Your business is not wanted here. They don’t want you here anymore. If you don’t leave, you’re going to be arrested. If you can’t post bail, you’ll go to prison. Those of you who are under 18 will go to Ferris [the juvenile detention center]. And those of you over 18 will go either to Gander Hill Prison or the woman’s correctional facility. Any questions?”

Santorum's Washington Times interview

Q. What role has your Catholic faith played?
A. That's certainly been a huge role throughout my life. ... Certainly, I can say the more religious I've become, the more orthodox in my faith, the more conservative principles and traditional viewpoints make sense.

(Read: The more fanatical I have become, the more zealous in my hocus pocus, the more backward principles and irrational viewpoints make sense.)

The Frothy Mixture flip-flops on intelligent design

While I welcome this move, I must point out that he is doing a 180 degree flip flop. This is just further evidence that Santorum is a whore. A recent letter to the York Daily Record said it best:
These past few months he has been trying to paint himself as much more moderate to appeal to the majority of Pennsylvanians. His recent flip-flop on the place of intelligent design ("Senator recasts science stance," Aug. 5) is a case in point. His current position is, "I really don't believe it has risen to the level of a scientific theory at this point that we would want to teach it alongside of evolution."

This seems to be at odds with his March 14, 2002 editorial for the Washington Times in which he stated "intelligent design is a legitimate scientific theory that should be taught in science classes."

Santorum explains the Church abuse scandals

"It is startling that those in the media and academia appear most disturbed by this aberrant behavior, since they have zealously promoted moral relativism by sanctioning "private" moral matters such as alternative lifestyles. Priests, like all of us, are affected by culture. When the culture is sick, every element in it becomes infected. While it is no excuse for this scandal, it is no surprise that Boston, a seat of academic, political and cultural liberalism in America, lies at the center of the storm...."

Let's take a closer look at this completely asanine statment:

(1) In a crude attempt to confuse the American public, Santorum has intentionally conflated two separate and completely different issues: consensual homosexual encounters between adults and the molestation of children. It's like saying underage kids often drink and drive so adults should not be allowed to own cars. It takes a genuine fucking idiot to be swayed by such a foolish and dishonest argument.

(2) ".... it is no surprise that Boston, a seat of academic, political and cultural liberalism in America, lies at the center of the storm...."

Funny that we did not hear of a single case of pedophilia in continental Europe - a bastion of cultural liberalism which makes Boston look Puritan by comparison. And hey Santorum, you fucking douchebag, you wanna know why Boston was at the heart of the scandals? Perhaps its because Massachusetts is the most Catholic state in t he United States?

(3) "When the culture is sick, every element in it becomes infected."

What the fuck does this even mean? This statement is pure unabated drivel. The scandal involved the Catholic Church, one of the most staunchly socially conservative institutions in the United States. If it were liberalism that was causing molestation, wouldn't we expect to see Harvard or Yale or some other liberal ivory tower institution named in a child molestation suit? Santorum, you really are a fucking douche.

On a much broader note, as pornography has become more widespread, and as family values have eroded further and further, this country has witnessed an unprecedented drop in crime, and a renewed era of economic prospertiy.... for more see:

What's the difference between Rick Santorum and a bucket of rabbit turds?

The bucket.

Rick Santorum takes it up the ass from two cocks

Santorum talks about his new world order:

"Privacy. Neutrality. Free Expression. These three abstractions together make for a perfect storm, a jurisprudential hurricane for wreaking havoc on a moral ecosystem. Together they make of our Constitution not a document for democratic self-governance, but instead describe a pure liberal society of isolated individuals each doing their own thing within the politically correct boundaries carefully crafted and enforced by the village elders."

Rick Santorum is a liar and a crook

The facts:
* santorum has never lived in the Penn Hills, PA, house
* santorum lives with his family in his Loudoun County, VA, house
* santorum receives a tax break from Allegheny County, PA, intended for property owners who actually live in the house
* santorum must have lied on the Act 50 form to get that tax break (the first question: "Is this your primary residence?")
* santorum has tenants who live in his Penn Hills house
* the tax break is not intended for the owners of rental property
* there are provisions for a fine and criminal prosecution for false statements on the Act 50 form

Rick Santorum: Freedom-Hating Piece of Shit

Tom G. Palmer exposes Santorum’s deep-seated hatred of freedom....

Here’s a preview of this pigfucker's fascist rhetoric:

"This whole idea of personal autonomy, well I don’t think most conservatives hold that point of view. Some do. They have this idea that people should be left alone, be able to do whatever they want to do, government should keep our taxes down and keep our regulations low, that we shouldn’t get involved in the bedroom, we shouldn’t get involved in cultural issues. You know, people should do whatever they want. Well, that is not how traditional conservatives view the world and I think most conservatives understand that individuals can’t go it alone."

And here's where Santorum's fascist rhetoric will inevitably lead:

Send Rick Santorum an e-mail and let him know what a deranged lunatic he is.

About me

Greetings! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Pigfucker. As an economist, I am a great believer in the importance of free speech and in the value of a marketplace of ideas. As a libertarian, I am devoted to promoting freedom and individual liberty by advocating for limits upon government intrusion into private life. As such, Rick Santorum is offensive to every principle that I, and all freedom-loving people, hold dear.

The purpose of this blog is to highlight the danger of Senator Santorum's rhetoric in the hope that we can quash his "new world order" before it comes to pass. With the aforementioned thought in mind, I invite readers from every segment of the political spectrum to come hither and bash this pigfucking piece of trash. SENATOR RICK SANTORUM: FUCK YOU!

allow myself to introduce... myself

My name is Abu Gingy. I'm a libertarian and I hate Rick Santorum's fucking guts. I generally prefer civil discourse, but there is a time and place for everything. Rick Santorum deserves nothing but the most venomous and vitriolic barnyard epithets. Here's an example of the kind of thing I had to say about Rick Santorum in my other blog:
On the Catholic Church molestation scandal
As you can see, I hate that dirty sack of shit so much that it called for a separate blog.
